Hello NILE Mentors!
We all believe that the government should always reflect the people it serves. At College to Congress, this lofty idea is our everyday mission as we recruit, train, and nurture burgeoning professionals to change Washington, D.C., one internship at a time. This work takes a village, and we need help getting young professionals into the halls of Congress. That’s where you come in!
College to Congress is recruiting experienced professionals like yourselves to mentor young professionals just starting their careers in D.C. The mentoring process is a once a week commitment that asks mentors to:

Coach mentees by phone, email, or video conference on how to prepare for internship interviews

Assist in internship searches and suggest places to

Provide resume feedback and insights on how to transition to Washington, D.C.
This process is also run through our fast and easy C2C-U Network that expertly connects young mentees and mentors and provides our team with ample opportunities to support this journey for both parties.
